All products in the Google Expeditions kit come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. Our full warranty cover can be read here.
Purchase Order
We accept purchase orders from schools and organizations. Please let us know if you will be paying by purchase order so we can send a quote before you place the order.
Once the goods are received, we have a policy of Net 30 days for payment.

Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified, the products from Aquila Education are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping
Products in the virtual and augmented reality kits might be shipped separately via DHL or FedEx, and will need to be set up on site. This is to ensure quick delivery times. Aquila Education provides instructions to support customers with setting up their kits.
