Assistive Technology
As teachers we want to ensure that all of our students succeed. In the digital age that we live in, we have access to a variety of apps that help to assist with learning.
Using assistive technology (AT) in the classroom helps us to provide an equal learning experience for all of our students. Schools are aiming to become more inclusive and in turn are becoming more diverse with students of all abilities and needs. Over the years, with the inclusion of assistive technology, mainstream classes have become more inclusive allowing students to access the material and participate in educational experiences amongst their peers.
